To take advantage of our Layaway Option, select your items and continue through the checkout process.
At the time of payment selection, you will have an option to choose 'Layaway'. A minimum down payment of 25% is required, however, you will also have an option to list a larger amount for your down payment if you choose.
Upon completing your layaway order, you will then receive an invoice from Simply Sweet 'n Sassy for your down payment, which is due within three (3) days of your invoice date. If down payment has not been received within three (3) days, the layaway will be cancelled.
You will then be invoiced bi-weekly for 25% of your order total until your order is paid in full. Each payment will be due within three (3) days from the receipt of your bi-weekly invoice.
Layaways will be terminated without refunds due to non-payment and cancellations.
Payments may be made prior to receipt of bi-weekly invoices and may also be paid in full at any time.
Merchandise will be shipped after order is paid in full.
